Svend Hammershøi (1873–1948) was a Danish ceramicist and sculptor, known for his work at Kähler in Næstved. He was a central figure in the development of Danish art pottery and is particularly recognised for his simple, monumental forms and advanced glazes, including experiments with uranium glazes that create a distinctive depth and glow.
