SALES AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The following sales and delivery terms apply to deliveries from L-Art-Copenhagen.com.

Shipping and delivery:
Delivery of goods from L-Art-Copenhagen.com is considered complete when you, the consumer, have received the goods.

We ship globally by FedEx and UPS and offer free shipping including full insurance, full tracking, signature required and professional handling on any +$500 order.

For orders with a value below $500 shipping and handling will be added at check-out. The fee amount depends on the shipping destination.

We ship items from our warehouse in Denmark.
Delivery time to Europe : 2-3 days plus handling time
Delivery time to the USA : 3-4 days plus handling time
Delivery time worldwide : 4-7 days plus handling time
Full tracking available.

However, in the event of delays due to bad weather, holidays, etc. L-Art-Copenhagen.com cannot be held responsible. If your shipment fails to arrive or is delayed more than 21 days, we will take responsibility to find a solution.

Liability:
Liability for goods purchased at L-Art-Copenhagen.com passes to the consumer at the time of delivery. Signature required. 

Price and payment:
At L-Art-Copenhagen.com you can pay with all major credit cards and other payment methods. Funds will be withdrawn upon shipment of goods from L-Art Copenhagen.com.

If you regret your purchase:
You have 14 days right of return when you shop at L-Art-Copenhagen.com. This right begins on the day you receive your goods.

Packaging and condition of goods upon receipt
Right of return is only valid if the item is returned in the same quantity and condition as it was sold. The right of return is invalidated if you use the product in a way that renders it unsellable. If you decide to return items, you will of course receive back the amount you paid. When we receive the item and have ensured it meets the return conditions, the amount paid will be transferred back to the card used for payment. Your only expense is the postage to send the item back.

Children and those under 18 years of age
You must be 18 years old to shop at L-Art-Copenhagen.com. If you are under 18 you must have consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

Misprints
We do our best to ensure all information on L-Art-Copenhagen.com is always correct. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in descriptions and/or prices.
