Returns
L´Art Copenhagen offers full refund and cancellation rights from 14 days after receipt of goods. To utilize this policy, the goods must be returned in the same amount and condition as received. Goods may be unpacked before return, as long as the items are returned in the same amount and condition as they were shipped. If you choose to return your goods, we will refund the full purchase amount to your credit card once we have received the goods and verified that the return conditions are met. Before returning the goods, please send an email to our customer service info@l-art-copenhagen.com for further instruction regarding custom documents, shipping company etc.
