Decorative faience vase with an organic form and characteristic rim. Executed with the so-called "bølle" decoration in blue and brown glaze on a light ground, typical of the factory’s production in the interwar period.

Roskilde Lervarefabrik was a Danish ceramics factory active from the late 19th century until the mid-20th century. The factory is known for its production of faience and earthenware with distinctive decorative glazes and relief patterns. During the 1920s and 1930s, it developed a number of popular decorative styles, which are now sought after by collectors of Danish ceramics.
