Bio:
Throughout both the 1920s and the 1960s, Royal Copenhagen produced decorative vases that combined classical forms with finely hand-painted floral and botanical motifs in underglaze. Production from the 1920s is often characterised by soft transitions and a more painterly expression, while the 1960s reflect a cleaner design language with clearer colour divisions. Both periods demonstrate the factory’s consistently high level of craftsmanship and long-standing porcelain tradition.
