Elongated rectangular stoneware dish with characteristic graphic decoration in red-pink and cobalt-blue tones with pronounced craquelure — a signature of Starck’s modernist expression for Bornholm-based Michael Andersen.

Bio:
Marianne Starck (1931–2007) served as artistic director at Michael Andersen & Søn from 1955 to 1993 and was a key figure in Danish modernist ceramics. Her works are recognised for strong graphic motifs, experimental glazes and sculptural forms — often produced in small series and highly sought after by collectors.
