Bio:
Erik Höglund (1932–1998) was a Swedish artist, sculptor and glass designer. He is regarded as one of the leading figures in post-war Swedish design, creating distinctive works in glass, metal and ceramics. His designs are celebrated for their rustic character, craftsmanship and sculptural expression, which had a lasting influence on Scandinavian design.
